About This Site

Finding someone after release from Union County custody starts with the right record system. A person may leave the county jail, enter Pennsylvania corrections or parole records, move to another custodian, or leave federal custody at an Allenwood institution. This privately run reference brings those distinct release paths, official contacts, and record-request steps together.

Why This Site Exists

Pennsylvania provides several public routes to custody and court information, but no single search explains every Union County release. The Union County Jail holds its own custody-ending record. The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections runs a locator for state inmates and parolees, while Union County Probation handles county probation. Federal releases from the Allenwood institutions belong in the Bureau of Prisons system. This site organizes those official paths, explains what each result means, and shows how to request an existing record when a public lookup does not settle the question.

Resources Collected Here

The pages are arranged around the agency that owns each record and the kind of release question a reader needs to answer.

  • The home page gives the full named-person search and release-record path, supported by pages on an inmate release date, a VINELink release check, and parole and probation.
  • Individual facility pages cover Union County Jail, FCC Allenwood, FCI Allenwood Low, FCI Allenwood Medium, and USP Allenwood.
  • Lookup instructions distinguish a current county-jail inquiry from Pennsylvania state custody and federal BOP custody.
  • Record-access guidance explains how to seek an existing release entry or booking photograph through Union County's Right-to-Know process.

Limits of Our Role

Union County Released Inmates is privately operated. It has no connection to Union County government, the Union County Jail, any sheriff, the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, the Pennsylvania Parole Board, the Federal Bureau of Prisons, or another government agency.

  • We cannot hold, transfer, or release a person in custody.
  • We cannot post bond, arrange a visit, or send funds for a reader.
  • We cannot provide legal advice.
  • We cannot promise that every listed fee, address, or telephone number remains current.

Only the government office that owns a record can confirm custody, charges, transfer, or release. This site identifies the proper source but cannot make that official determination.

Search Partners

Some search boxes are supplied by outside providers. Those companies control their own prices, terms, and results. If a visitor follows a tool and buys a paid service, this site may receive a referral fee that helps keep the reference pages free to use. We do not set a partner's charges or decide what its search returns.
